What is your Accessibility Policy?

Entry Ticket to FNDM:
FNDM will do our very best to accommodate you to the best of our ability. People of Determination do not need to purchase a ticket and will get free entry at the event. The requirements are simply to present your person of determination card. For further questions please email info@fndmdubai.com

Meet the Anime Voices Access:
To access Meet the Anime Voices, our staff will assist you at the venue to make your access easier, from queuing to voucher purchase. Please talk to a member of our staff at the ticketing or Meet the Anime Voices Area for more information on this.

Access to the Venue:
FNDM 2025 will take place at the Concourse Convention Center, Dubai Outlet Mall. As a venue, Dubai Outlet Mall is wheelchair accessible from toilets, ramps, doorways and corridors with a map at the venue for further guidance.
