FNDM 2026 will be taking place at The Concourse, Dubai Outlet Mall.

Dubai Outlet Mall is located on Dubai – Al Ain Road (Route 66) in the Dubailand area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The venue is easily accessible by road from Al Ain and Dubai and is only a short 20-minute drive from the World Trade Centre.

Yes, The Concourse at Dubai Outlet Mall provides completely free shaded parking spaces for all FNDM attendees.

Photography is allowed in most areas at FNDM. Staff on site will inform attendees if photography is not allowed in an area.

Please be respectful of other attendee's and performer's wishes and ask permission before taking a photo.

Please Note: By entering FNDM, the ticket holder grants Informa Global Exhibitions, and their respective agents the unrestricted right and license to use the holder’s name, likeness and voice in any production, reproduction, distribution, transmission, publication, public performance, broadcast or exhibition of advertisements, broadcast or telecast of the Event, promotions, contests, photograph taken, or other transmission or reproduction in connection with the Event for any purpose, without compensation.

All lost items that are found by a member of the organizing staff, security or support staff can be found at the organizer's office by the entrance. If not found, then notify the nearest organizer whom will direct you towards security to be able to lodge a complaint.

WiFi will be available to all attendees for free through the Dubai Outlet Mall venue WiFi.

Yes, bags will be allowed and will be subject to a search before entering.

Yes, strollers are allowed but keep in mind the show floor will be busy.

No, pets are not allowed into the venue

The exhibitor badges will be able to be collected during the build days at the main ticketing counter which is located at the entrance to the Concourse exhibition space within the Outlet Mall. The precise timings will be communicated directly by the event team.

Entry Ticket to FNDM:
We will do our very best to accommodate you to the best of our ability. People of Determination do not need to purchase a ticket and will get free entry at the event for themselves and 1 chaperone. For further questions please email info@fndmdubai.com.

Meet the Iconic Voices Access:
To access Meet the Iconic Voices, our staff will assist you at the venue to make your access easier, from queuing to voucher purchase. Please talk to a member of our staff at the ticketing or Meet the Iconic Voices Area for more information on this.

Access to the Venue:
FNDM will take place at The Concourse, Dubai Outlet Mall. As a venue, The Concourse is wheelchair accessible from toilets, ramps, doorways and corridors with a map at the venue for further guidance.

We do not offer refunds. For ticket refunds, please contact your ticketing provider and state the reason for the request. Refunds will not be given if a guest cancels.
For Meet the Iconic Voices, an autograph voucher can be refunded if a guest cancels.

All ticket refunds are handled by our ticketing provider. Please note that it can take 3 – 10 business days for the refund amount to be shown in your account. Please follow up with the ticketing provider and your bank if you don’t see the refunded amount in your account.

You can gift a ticket to someone but passes are non-transferable and tickets cannot be shared. You will require the wristband to attend FNDM and your ticket will be validated upon entry and scanned for verification.

The Meet the Anime Voices schedule will contain all the essential information that you need, including which days, voucher sale timings, and autograph timings. The full schedule will be available on the website, and displayed on screens at the event.

Autograph vouchers will be available for purchase in the ‘Meet the Anime Voices’ zone.

No. To be fair and give all our fans an equal chance to see their icons, vouchers will only be available to purchase onsite at FNDM on a first-come, first-served basis.

No. To be fair and give all our fans an equal chance to see their icons, you can only purchase vouchers for one voice actor at a time. You will be permitted to purchase 5 autograph vouchers each time you queue. Once you've got your first set of autographs, you can then rejoin the queue and purchase your next 5 vouchers, if time permits.

No. To be fair and give all our fans an equal chance to meet their icons, you can only purchase vouchers for the autograph sessions that are scheduled to take place during each day. For example, you will not be permitted to buy vouchers for Sunday sessions, when you're at FNDM on Saturday.

Attendees do not have to wear a cosplay to attend FNDM. Attendees are free to wear anything they want if it respects the laws and cultural values of the U.A.E.

The Cosplay Catwalk is open for all ages. For any cosplayers under the age of 10 that are uncomfortable to be on stage on their own, we kindly ask a parent/guardian to accompany on stage and join the fun!

The Artist Alley is an opportunity for local, professional, and upcoming artists to showcase and sell their art to the community. Artists may take live commissions and even sell work that are not available anywhere else. This is an opportunity for attendees to explore, interact and support local artists in the region.

FNDM Dubai does not provide any wheelchairs or scooters directly.

External food is not allowed inside the Concourse Convention Center in the premises. FNDM will have a wide selection of F&B. Exceptions can be made case by case at the venue.
