How do I get a ticket to FNDM?
You can purchase a ticket to FNDM on Platinumlist Tickets are also available onsite, however, door prices will go up!
How much does it cost to attend FNDM?
We have three ticket types available on sale:
Saturday Pass - AED 65
Sunday Pass - AED 65
Weekend Pass - AED 115
Where will I be able to purchase tickets at the venue?
Tickets will be on sale in Hall 11, if you have purchased a ticket online or in advance, please head to Hall 11 Ticket Collection Desks to pick up your wristband!
Do Kids enter for free?
Children 6 years and below enter free, 7 – 11 year old need to pay AED 50 at the door.
When can I pick up my exhibitor badge?
The exhibitor badges will be able to be collected during the build days at the main ticketing counter which is located at the entrance to the Concourse exhibition space within the Outlet Mall. The precise timings will be communicated directly by the event team.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. For ticket refunds, please contact your ticketing provider and state the reason for the request. Refunds will not be given if a guest cancels.
For Meet the Stars, an autograph voucher can be refunded if a guest cancels.

I requested a refund where is my money?
All ticket refunds are handled by our ticketing provider. Please note that it can take 3 – 10 business days for the refund amount to be shown in your account. Please follow up with the ticketing provider and your bank if you don’t see the refunded amount in your account.
I can’t attend can I share my pass with someone.
You can gift a ticket to someone but passes are non-transferable and tickets cannot be shared. You will require the wristband to attend MEFCC and your ticket will be validated upon entry and scanned for verification.

What is an Artist Alley?
The Artist Alley is an opportunity for local, professional, and upcoming artists to showcase and sell their art to the community. Artists may take live commissions and even sell work that are not available anywhere else. This is an opportunity for attendees to explore, interact and support local artists in the region.
