What is your Accessibility Policy?
MEFCC will do our very best to accommodate you to the best of our ability. Those who have a disability will be able to enter the venue for free.

When it comes to Meet the Star, we will provide accommodations on site to make the process easier when it comes to queuing, please talk to our staff at the venue to see what accommodations can be offered.
ADNEC as a venue will do its best to accommodate everyone such as access to toilets, ramps, doorways and corridors with a map at the venue.
Do you have wheelchairs or scooters?
MEFCC does not provide any wheelchairs or scooters directly. ADNEC retains a small number of wheelchairs on loan please go towards Hall 8 where the First Aid points are located. Wheelchairs provided by ADNEC are loaned on a first come and first serve bases and can’t be reserved. Please contact the first aid team to learn more information 02 406 4456.
Alternatively, attendees will have to reserve wheelchairs through a third party.
