Find out everything you need to know about Arden Cho!

BIOGRAPHY

Arden Cho is an American actress, singer, and producer whose career has spanned television, film, and voice acting. Known for her versatility, charisma, and ability to bring strength and emotional depth to her characters, Cho has built a global following through memorable roles in Teen Wolf, Partner Track, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and the Netflix animated phenomenon KPop Demon Hunters.

Cho first gained widespread recognition for her role as Kira Yukimura in MTV's hit supernatural drama Teen Wolf. Introduced in the show's third season, Kira is a Japanese-American high school student and kitsune who discovers supernatural abilities while becoming an important member of the series' central group of characters. Cho's performance brought a combination of vulnerability, humor, and strength to the role, quickly making Kira a fan favorite. Her time on Teen Wolf established her as a prominent young performer and opened the door to a series of increasingly diverse television and film opportunities.

Following Teen Wolf, Cho continued to build her television career with appearances in productions including Chicago Med, where she played Emily Choi, the younger sister of Dr. Ethan Choi. She later took on her first major leading television role as Ingrid Yun in Netflix's legal drama Partner Track. The series follows Ingrid, a driven first-generation Korean American lawyer attempting to make partner at a prestigious Manhattan law firm while navigating workplace politics, discrimination, friendships, family expectations, and romance. Cho's performance marked an important step forward in her career, placing her at the center of a major Netflix production and allowing her to explore both the dramatic and comedic sides of her acting.

In 2024, Cho joined another major Netflix franchise as June, the mysterious bounty hunter, in the live-action adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender. Her character travels the world taking on dangerous contracts and becomes connected to several of the series' major characters. The role reunited Cho with former Teen Wolf collaborators C.S. Lee and Tamlyn Tomita, while introducing her to a new generation of fans through one of Netflix's most ambitious fantasy productions.

Cho's career reached another major milestone with KPop Demon Hunters, Netflix's animated musical fantasy film released in 2025. She provides the voice of Rumi, the leader of the fictional K-pop group HUNTR/X, who secretly works as a demon hunter. The film became a global phenomenon and, according to the Associated Press, became Netflix's most-streamed movie, bringing Cho's voice performance to an enormous international audience. Her portrayal of Rumi, a character balancing the pressures of fame, friendship, identity, and a supernatural destiny, further demonstrated Cho's range beyond live-action acting.

Across her career, Arden Cho has continued to take on roles that combine entertainment with meaningful representation. From supernatural dramas and high-stakes legal stories to fantasy adventures and animated musicals, she has established herself as a versatile performer capable of connecting with audiences across genres and generations. Her journey from Teen Wolf fan favorite to leading actress and voice performer in some of Netflix's biggest global productions has made Arden Cho a distinctive and increasingly influential presence in modern entertainment.
